No sleep for either of us was expected- cough is gone now and he still isn't sleeping- he normally sleeps 10-8 no problem last night and tonight he's slept 10-2 then 5-730...wtf?! He's not crying he's just wide awake- my Patience is way gone on night 2 of the constant yelling, I can't make him stop I've tried everything from feeding to the swing changing him I mean really this is ridiculous !!!anyone else dealing with one who just isn't sleeping?!

Re: My patience is wearing thin!!
Emily is doing something similar lately. She never STTN completely but would at least sleep 6-8 hours straight before wanting to wake up to eat, then back down for a few more. She'd basically sleep 11 hours.
Now she is waking up 3-4 hours after I put her down, screaming and can't be consoled. I usually end up nursing her and that calms her down but that goes against all the hard work we did sleep training. Then she is up 2-3 hours later and once again, will only calm down if I feed her.
I don't know what to do and I'm not sure why either one of our LOs are doing this. Just know you aren't alone. There are others who are sleep deprived zombies (me!)
