Is awful! To me, it tastes like black licorice...which I can't stand! $5 for a box of the tea at Naturtyme. The girl recommended a vitamin form of it which was $23, ofcourse i went for the liquid form, and I can't stand it. I just closed the back of my nose and chugged! haha!

I believe that's the fennel..

I would just go with fenugreek pills. So much easier, faster, more effective. I get a container for probably $6 at the grocery store.

I hate the taste of this tea as well.

I just added a bit of honey and that helped.

Sometimes milk and honey.

My friend gave me this crazy leaf tea that was just like Mothers Milk but made by some doula (I looked like I was carrying around a big bag of weed - LOL), anyways, by itself, the tea was totally gross, but I made a HUGE pot of it, and put it in a pitcher in my fridge and then I would mix it with Lemonade, and had myself an Arnold Palmer - it made it much more delicious and palpable.
