Weight loss Check in

How is everyone doing?  How did our marathoners and half marathoners do this week?

It is that TOM so my weight is up but my eating isnt the best. I have to get motivated.

  • ::sigh::  I was doing so good, but now I'm up 4 pounds.  And I just signed Kate up for swim lessons which will involve me in a bathing suit in front of other people.  I've got to get back on track.

  • I'm down 10 and (finally) starting up my running training again. Seeing all the runners at the Austin 1/2 has me motivated!

  • I'm on this yo yo of losing weight all week, gaining it back over the weekend, and losing it again all week. I was down 10 pounds before the weekend happened.

    I tried a free Zumba class at work last week and it kicked my butt..but I felt great afterward! I'm trying a class in Kyle tonight with some friends to see if it's something I could start doing 2-3 times per week.
  • So my total weight loss since Molly was born (13 months ago) has been 20.8 pounds.

    I'm sort of stuck at this plateau and I haven't really done anything to make it budge. I think I'm having sort of a mental block about it. I haven't weighed less than I am now since college.  Anyway, my eating and food choices are on track, but my exercise is nil.

    I was totally inspired by the marathon this weekend to get back on C25K.  I enjoy running, but I let too many things stop me from actually getting out and doing it.

  • I've kinda plateaued but I could definitely step it up. I'm off the detox and I've cheated some. I really need to get to the gym on a regular basis and that's my next goal. I know once I get that going the weight will continue to come off.
  • I didn't work out for almost 2 weeks. Went back to the gym today. I'm having a hard time connecting right now since our trip but I'm just trying to get into old good routines. I lost a few pounds while traveling but probably will gain it back in pizza and brownies this week :)
  • Although I don't post too much over here anymore, mainly just lurk, I would like to join you guys!

    I was doing really well - lost 7 pounds since the first of the year. But the last week and a half happened. I ate really bad last week and stopped tracking my food. Then my dad was in town so we ate out a lot, and I got sick so I started skipping out on the gym.

    Starting today, I've been tracking my food again and I plan on going to the gym tonight. I haven't weighed myself because I know it'll be bad. I'm hoping I can get back on track and maybe next week be at least where I left off.
