We have a Graco high chair that turns into a booster seat when she's older. She likes sitting in it so far, but she is not interested in solids yet so it's not being used.
I personally wouldn't pay $250 for a highchair. We just got an adjustable graco high chair.
Same here, that is WAY out of our price range, we have the Graco one from Target, the duodiner and love it. It can lean forward or back, the height is adjustable and it can come off the legs, and the top of the tray comes off to put in the dishwasher. The color we got, its not an eyesore, its dark brown including the legs, and with the wheels we just roll it in and out of the pantry when we need it.
But it may be too much for us now; I do not think we really need the swing function. What I like it it comes with two trays, adjustable height and backrest, it folds for easy storage, and it looks cool! If we do not get this model we will get the peg Perego Prima Pappa Best OR I like the Phil and Ted one too. I do see what pp's say about the price...BUT I feel like this is a big deal because he will use it for a lot of his firsts ( i.e., eating, coloring, play dough, paint, etc.) I do not mind spending some extra money to have a chair that is easy on the eyes and space.
The only thing I really care about in a high chair is if the fabric part comes off easily to wash, if the tray is easy to remove, and if it reclines.
We got given one, but would have otherwise spent as little as possible. I dislike the fact that ours isn't attractive, but I just couldn't justify paying money when we had a perfectly functional one.

I have the Chicco Polly high chair. It was half off at Target and I couldn't say no. It also folds really small and the material seems really easy to wash. The colors don't hurt anything either.

DS loves sitting in it and watching me cook
"What did my fingers do before they held you? What did my heart do with it's love?"
