My daughter is allergic to wheat, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts. Any suggestions on a good egg replacement for the bisquick gluten free recipes? I'm thinking of trying the pancakes and pizza dough.
I have used one banana to replace one egg. Or one Tbs of flax mixed with 2 Tbs warm water. My son is allergic to wheat, soy, dairy and egg... I have found that the Cherrybrook Kitchen makes a gluten free pancake/waffle mix that is also dairy, egg and soy free. Also, it only takes rice milk and a little oil (I use light olive oil) to prepare it. My son loves them. Good luck!
Can she have flaxseed? For each egg you want to replace, you can stir 1T ground flaxseed into 3T water and let that thicken a few minutes before adding it to your other ingredients.
I've never tried it, but have read on a number of vegan cooking blogs that you can do the same thing with chia seeds (1T whole seeds in 3T water per egg, let that stand for 15 min).
My son is on a gluten free, dairy free, soy free, corn, pea, egg, artificial flavor and color free diet. I use the gluten free bisquick with vanilla rice milk, canola oil, organic pure vanilla extract and honey to replace the eggs. It doesn't taste bad and he loves them, good luck.

Thanks for all the tips! I'm going to start experimenting!
