Late, but DO THE BANGS! I did it on Monday!!! 
I've had side swept bangs forever (and my hair is pretty long, like to my shoulder blades or a little longer), and they just got pushed behind my ears.
I LOVE MY BANGS - they're not 80s annoying have to be fixed and can't be rained on type bangs - I barely dry them, and they sit right below my eyebrows (and draw attention to my eyes, so my DH says,hehe!)

Sorry to butt it, but ditto to the bangs. I lurve mine, even though they take a little more work since my hair is curly. I need to get them cut though, they've gotten too long.
