weird boob smell?

i know this sounds weird...but since about the second trimester of pregnancy im pretty sure my breasts/breast area have been producing a pretty distinct "smell." not decidedly stinky, but definitely noticeable. even RIGHT after showering the smell remains. is it just a hormonal thing? or the smell your breastfeeding body produces for the baby? ....or is it just me?

Changes in hormones can cause your body to give off a different odor. If you have been eating different foods or taking different vitamins those can also cause a different smell. Your body also sweats more while pg. These possibilities coupled with your heightened sense of smell can make you experience things you wouldn't otherwise notice or want to notice. Don't worry, the smell will probably pass after you have LO.

The smell I always shuddered at while pg was not from my boobs. So count yourself lucky. Stick out tongue
