Starting about two weeks ago I noticed a lot of pressure on my cervix when I was out for my daily walk. At first it only seemed to happen when I was walking up steep hills, but now this week I feel it often when I walk, even just around the house. It's not super painful, but enough to make me need to really slow down, or to stop walking for a moment (when I stand still I don't feel it). I have an OB appt this Fri so will ask then, but has anyone else experienced this?

Yea exactly - not super painful, just almost like a dull headache you wish would go away. Glad I am not the only one!
Ditto!

This is EXACTLY what my doctor said.
The cervical pain you feel are known as "crotch lightening". They explain about them in the What To Expect When You Are Expecting Book if you have it.
