My 3 year old is the worlds pickiest eater. It is beyond difficult to get him to eat much of anything. He has a few favorite foods but all of them require cooking except for PBJ sandwiches. Unfortunately his preschool is a nut free zone. I understand the need for this but now I have no idea what to do about lunch for my DS.
I need some ideas to try. What are some of your kids favorite lunches?
Re: I need lunch help
I haven't tried soy nut butter but I'm not sure if that would follow under their no nut rule. I'll have to ask. The cream cheese and jelly is a great idea. I'll give that a try. Thanks!
That sounds really tasty
A thermos of milk with some Cheerios that DD can pour in at lunch time
Bagel with cream cheese
Cheese quesadilla- doesn't need to be warm for her to enjoy it
Turkey and cheese sandwich or roll-up
Cashews- not a traditional lunch, but add a fruit, veggie, cheese maybe and a few crackers
Mac and cheese in a thermos
Pasta salad.
Hummus and veggies.
Yogurt, dried cereal and fruit.
Cheese, turkey and crackers.
Fruit salad.
