Anyone have Payflex as their FSA?

I was wondering if we could use the card for the 4d ultrasound- at the dr's office.  I looked online, and they have no ultrasounds listed as things that are covered or not covered- not ultrasounds listed anywhere.

    I have an FSA through a different company, but here is what I found on their site:

    An ultrasound ordered by your physician to monitor fetal growth, and/or to diagnose, treat or monitor a pregnancy-related condition is a covered expense under your Health Care Flexible Spending Account, even if your health plan does not provide reimbursement. An ultrasound not ordered or performed by a physician or other licensed professional, and/or not intended to diagnose, treat or monitor a pregnancy-related condition is not an eligible expense.

    I don' t think the individual companies set the policies, I think the IRS sets the policy for FSA accounts.
