Welcome to pregnancy word vomit or pregnancy tourette's. I've had it all pregnancy long, did not have it the first time around. It's not that I would snap at people, but I just have to watch my censor button carefully. I have a friend (DS's godmother) who is not pregnant, never had kids, that constantly comments on my posts to mutual friends (DS's godfather) when I mention any little bit of advice, she always has to chime in with her two cents and I want to scream at her WTH do you know about kids, there's no app for that. And that's in reference to the fact she whines about not seeing DS but when she does get a chance she's constantly playing games on her IPhone. It doesn't help that she's accused me of keeping DS from her (unfounded mind you) and I sent her two emails regarding this before Christmas (because she thought we could drop our plans for her to come visit) that she never responded to and just want to say stop commenting on everything I say and answer your F-ing email. We won't go into the crap she said behind my back, which I did call her out on, to DS's godfather.
Sorry no paragraphs, bumping from my phone.
I once had a picture until the trolls showed up.

"If we weren't all crazy we would go insane."
I totally have days like that. It takes all of my strength not to snap at my students (and I haven't so far), but my poor husband gets the brunt of it when I get home.
I had one of those days Friday. The group of women I work with (most of them for over 10 years) have spent my pregnancy telling me how different my life will be and how I'll feel different after having a baby. I have kindly said "we'll see" as I am not and have never been a very maternal person. I intend to be a good mother and am sure I will love my daughter deeply, but do not anticipate melting over a screaming, smelly baby on day one.
One of the other ladies was going on and on about hating cats to the point of wanting to "sit on her porch and shoot at them" (and for some reason I do have some sort of almost maternal attachment to cats) and she said smugly "well you know how you feel about babies, that's how I feel about cats"
I smiled sweetly and said "yes but I know other people feel differently, so unless pressed on the issue, I know how to keep my mouth shut".
I went back to my office after that and tried to avoid the staff
Yep. On Saturday when I was carrying my 15-month old all over Kohl's looking for a bathroom and people wouldn't get the eff out of my way. I had her, my purse, her backpack, and my giant belly and people would just not move at all. It took all I had to not kill someone.
Oh, and why wasn't DD walking? Because she's in the stage now where if you put her down to walk in a store, she takes off running. And if you try to make her hold your hand she gets mad and goes all limp.
I have always been a VERY opinionated person the pregnancy has made it WAY worse. DH keeps threatening to ground me to the house LOL.
Here's an example of what I did today: We went to Culvers to get some ice cream and of course I had to go pee. I get in the stall and all of a sudden I hear " is that all for you coming out of the next stall" R U JOKING ME!! So I get myself together and the lady just WALKS OUT!! NO HANDWASHING NO FLUSHING NOTHING!! So I take it upon myself to inform the manager. And you know what he says??SHE WAS JUST FIXING SOMETHING!! OMG I am in a twilight zone? It is ok for her to 1. take orders in a bathroom and 2. to leave without washing her hands?? Then he had to tell her I said something so then she goes to another co-worker and says " That pregnant girl complained about me" So I go "YOU ARE RIGHT I DID" and stared at her.
Sorry for the LONG story.. feel free to tell me I overreacted sometimes I go a lil far

Fun times.
