I make a sandwich with 2 pieces of whole grain toast, fried egg and cheese. If you aren't really watching calories you can add a piece of sausage or some bacon to the sandwich. YUMMY!!
I make egg sandwiches, I use english muffins (the lowest carb one you can find). A piece of cheese, salsa, and southwestern egg beaters. So good!!! My carb allowance is higher than yours so you could always take out the cheese.

I eat half of a whole wheat bagel thing with 2 eggs, a slice of cheese, and 2 turkey sausage patties on it. I have a cup of skim milk with this. This breakfast always gives me the best results. Other breakfasts I eat are: half of a whole wheat bagel thin with 2 tbsp of peanut butter and a glass of milk, or a frozen blueberry pancake with turkey sausage links and a glass of milk.
Thanks ladies! I'm finding that most of my breakfast choices are 46% fat (gross) 20% protein and 34% carb. I'm wanting to make it closer to 33% across the board.
I have to have a tiny breakfast and can only handle one carb to keep my numbers in check so I have a piece of toast with peanut butter every morning. I also have a cup of coffee (sometimes regular, sometimes decaf) with splenda and half and half when I first wake up. Then I usually do an egg and cheese on an english muffin or eggs with cheese and veggies and a kids sized greek yogurt as my "snack" because I can handle more carbs later in the morning.
I make an egg sandwich using multigrain sandwich thins. It includes egg, cheese, and Canadian bacon. Last pregnancy I could have an 8 oz glass of milk with it, but it hasn't worked for me this time around.

Re: GD Breakfast
I tried this cereal yesterday. It was the cinnamon oat brand. It was very good, and I had great numbers!
