I am not in any way a couponer. But I do check what comes in my mail each week and clip just for what I would buy anyway.
I emailed my coworkers and suggested that we bring in unused/unwanted coupons, and just leave a pile in our faculty room. First come, first serve, and I volunteered to keep an eye on expiration dates and toss junk. I thought maybe a couple of us would do it, if that.
Everyone has gone crazy for the idea! There are hundreds and hundreds of coupons in the basket. I've managed to score probably $10 in savings this week (on stuff I would be buying anyway), which I know isn't a ton, but it makes me happy!
Just wanted to throw this out there for anyone else who might want to try it at your place of employment.
