  Witch hazel

  Target has their Up brand wipes (with witch hazel) that help, too.

  I used these when I had this problem after having Audrey.  They helped! 

  Must be a 2nd child thing, I didn't have them at all with Stella.

  This and try to eat enough fiber so you stay regular. So not looking forward to that.
