I've had bad round ligament pain throughout most of my pregnancy, and it's gotten worse lately. We got home from a walk this morning and it was particularly stabby, and I noticed that it was coming and going even though I've just been sitting or laying down.
So of course now I'm second guessing whether it's actually RLP or could possibly be contractions (even though they're only on one side and match the description of RLP much better than anything I've ever read about a contraction). My husband decided to start timing them because he wanted to test out the new app he got
. They're definitely not regular, so I'm pretty much just a paranoid nutcase.
Any moms out there who have had RLP and contractions that want to share how they're different, I welcome your input! Anyone else done any jumping the gun lately?
