I will try to post pics. We decided to make the nursery a place where we could sit and cry, think or just smile. We put pictures of Thomas, plants and gifts we recieved. I even went to babies R us and bought the rocker recliner I had registered for. The Manager that had sold us his stroller the week before we had him was there and she noticed I was no longer pregnant and I told her the story. She cried and hugged me and then gave me 20% the rocker which I thought was just another way people have showed thier overwhelming kindness. Just thinking and praying for all you others Mommy's. Love you all and have hope!

Love this. It sounds beautiful. My MIL did something similar, just not with her sons room (he was 23 when he was killed in a motorcycle accident, but he had been out of the house for a while). She created a "meditation room" with couches, candles, a few pictures, flowers, and some really pretty smelly things. It's her place to sit, think, cry, whatever she needs. I've always both loved and been afraid of that room, but I totally get it now.
Now that we're pg again, we chose to use the other bedroom for the nursery since I had painted a saying just for Logan on his nursery wall. His nursery is now the guest bedroom, but I haven't and won't paint over the saying. In my own way, it's so that I can go in there and sit and reflect whenever I need to.
