    It's just because some people can't use the syringe.   No big deal and no reason for anyone to be worried unless they can't use the syringe... Hmm

    Same as PP said, the government thought it was a good idea to do away with the infant stuff and just make one with different doses for infants/children. Then people were getting confused and messing up the doses so they are retracting their previous decision. If you follow the directions you should be fine!
