I was thinking of buying the DVD so this was great news to me- thought I'd share!

    Yeahhhhhhhh!!! I looked it up like two weeks ago and it wasn't on there. I have the book, but I still wanted to watch the DVD. They showed some of it in my baby basics class and it was the only thing that made the class worth while. Thanks for the post!!!

    It used to be on Instant Watch but they pulled it (and a ton of other stuff) recently. I'm sure it coincided with all the people cancelling their mail portion to entice them to come back.  So bummed. Good idea to whoever mentioned checking the library, I will do that!

    Good to know.  I was thinking of cancelling our DVDs in the mail, but maybe I'll wait a month or two so I can watch it.  I have the book but was thinking about getting the DVD too.... now I don't have to!  Better put it on my list, because it's probably a poplular one that ppl might keep longer than, say a movie.

    just a heads up - the techniques in there are really good - but should only be used up to 3 months - at least, that is what our instructor for the happiest baby class we took told us.  She explained that at that point they are aware enough of things to start manipulating you. lol I thought that was interesting.  After 3 months, it is all about knowing what each cry means (which is what you figure out the first three months)

    I bought the video at the class - but haven't watched the video yet.  So it will be interesting to watch it after learning about all this stuff. :)
