soralette had a very long, difficult labor--but i'll let give the details-- she was team green- so i'll let her share when she's ready--

mudpuddle was induced one week early because of HBP, i don't know many details of her birth story, since her little boy and my girl were born on the same day.

short story for my labor - 15 hours total, hospital tried to send me home when i first went in--i didn't believe them and fought to stay, 1 hour later, i was 4cm and admitted. labored until 9cm, couldn't do it naturally anymore and got an epi. labored a few more hours...pushed for 3 hours, ended up needing vacuum. baby girl has jaundice, and we're still at the hospital (although rumors are we're going home today).

i'll have a full-longer version of the birth story probably within a week. hope all the mommas are doing well, and to those still waiting, hang in there!

we were team green, h and i were *convinced* it was a boy---but we were wrong, and we couldn't be more thrilled!
