Peeking in from 3TC

Hey ladies, I'm peeking in from Trouble TTC to ask a question (and hopefully get some encouragement Smile )

Has anyone here had both tubes blocked and still got a bfp? Ive been googling and saw some success stories, but hearing it from a "real" person would be so much more encouraging.

I only had my right tube blocked, but still had failure with 5 IUIs.

I had a lap in October to "fix" my tube and I got pg 2 cycles later. Good luck!

Without clearing the blockage with a lap, or going the IVF route, honestly, no, I don't know anyone who has been able to get PG with both tubes blocked.

Does your RE think a lap would be successful in clearing at least one side? If so, you could try IUI if you're able to ovulate on the unblocked side.
