If BD pays child support electronically on the state website, approximately how long will it take for you to receive it? Can you tell? And how will you receive it? Check ?

I'm in Ga but it might work the same. Ex paid online and it would take a week for the check to clear then an additional 2-3 to show up in my account. Now the state takes it out of his paycheck on Fridays and I'll usually see it Wednesdays. I set up a bank account that the money gets DD in.
