35 week appt and baby is not head down. Dr said i need to DO WHATever it takes to get baby in down position. So...i am off to research what i can do.
Baby's heart rate was high and had to get monitored. All was fine. Got to see an ultrasound of him today. ..but i was so bummed about him moving that i was in a fog. His big head is pushing on my ribs and kicking me on the lf side of my tummy. Little booger. Gotta say ...I am in love with him and cant wait to hold him.
I was a little worried about his heart rate, but i guess it was just me stressing from the stupid swab test. No swelling or anything. So other than baby not being in the right position all is great.
So any advise on how to turn a baby?

My kiddo doesn't want to flip either. :-/ I've been doing spinningbabies exercises for the past week to no avail. I go for an u/s on Monday to see if I'm a candidate for a version. I'm nervous, but I would prefer not to have a c section.
I *really* love Pinterest!
Ugh, stubborn Ethans unite! My little guy goes back and forth between being breech and being transverse. He's trying SO hard to flip over, but he just doesn't have enough space. I'm too narrow, apparently. I'm getting an ultrasound on Tuesday to see if there is anything we can do to turn him over (there really might just not be room - I am so oddly-shaped, haha).
I'm spending ages on my hands and knees, rocking and rolling to try and encourage him to turn!
What great advise everyone!! Thank you so much! I tried some positions from Spinningbabies and will look into acupunture. It is so weird...becuase now that i know that spot i've been poking is his head, i was able to feel him go from breech to straight up. Right now his head is right above my navel, Yesterday is was sometimes to the right of it. So funny. Little booger.
I really wanted to try V-bac, but honestly.. Im ok if i have to have a c-section. All that matters is i get to hold and kiss on a healthy baby.
