It may only be Feb, but if you're looking for water shoes...
In case anyone is likely to need watershoes this summer, just an FYI that Babies R Us has already started to put out their stock - and they are only $7-$8.99. For those of us whose kids enjoyed all the local sprayparks (and the sprayground at the Lee Rec center may require them again this summer), grabbing them early might be the answer. I remember by summer last year most of the stores had already sold out in the spring and they became hard to find, or the options got more expensive for little feet at West Marine, etc. Hope that is helpful

Great! Thanks for that. We live just down the road from the Lee Rec Center and I'm anxious to check it out this summer since DD was a little young to go last year.
The sprayground at Lee District Rec Center is awesome. We live just down the road too. According to their website, they aren't requiring water shoes but are encouraging them (last year, late in the summer they required them for a short time).
