I had my 2nd OB appt today at 16 weeks. I suppose all is okay. It's so funny how after all we've been though, all these weekly appointments, and injections, and pills, and treatments, and this and that... I walk in, they weigh me, take my b/p, pee in a cup, check the heartbeat and say "looks good, see you in a month." I mean, it's great that everything is good and we're finished with all the treatments. But it's just funny.
On the plus side, we got to schedule our a/s for March 6, the morning before my husband leaves the country for 8 weeks. That way he gets to find out what our little peewee is before he leaves! We were afraid he would miss the a/s. I can't believe we find out in only 18 days! (And that he leaves in only 18 days!)

I love the "we can keep our pants on" part too! I remember at the 16 week appointment her just telling me to have a seat and wait for the OB and I was like "what, I don't have to strip???" I had to at my 12 week because it was the first time I was seeing her and had to have my PAP, etc done. I have to start again at my next appointment I think. She just laughed and said "not until late in your third tri."
I have said it many times ... the "routine" OB appointments sometimes feel like a waste of time. I know they are important but sometimes I really wonder! LOL
