    I have a cold.  Everyone at work has been telling me to take a heavy dose of zinc.  I don't have a way to get zinc pills (live in the middle of nowhere), so I am out for this cold.  I have not researched it, but I think that might be a good route to take.

    I have also been told that I am being a baby about this cold.  Well, they have no idea that I can't take anything...so yes, I am a baby.

    BFP #1 3.2.11Blighted ovum, missed m/c, 4.3.11-6.22.11 Provera

    BFP #2 Aug 2011 Clomid 50mg+Met missed m/c found 9w5d | cytotec 10.26.11 
    BFP #3 - CD36 - Jan. 2012 - 100mg Clomid + 2000met-  Baby Boy born 10.06.12 with 1 in a billion CHD. Perfect otherwise.

    When it comes on you can take Tylenol. Nothing good though.

    I feel one coming on too. DD has been coughing up a storm lately and I now have the start of a sore throat.

    Not really.  You could try the Zicam zinc tablets, my OB said those were fine and they do tend to cut down on the length of my cold.

    I've got one now and am taking Tylenol for the sore throat and nasal spray for my congestion.  Not much else to do.  Ugh.

    Not uncommon to have cold like symptoms early in pregnancy.  Its not really a cold usually.

    I say good ole chicken soup-homemade if u can, lost of rest and fluids. I've been sick for a week :( dont forget to wash and sanitize your hands after coming home...especially after touching the grocery cart handle or the atm machine EWW
