So, over the past month or so, I have noticed that I have been constantly congested feeling. While I have NEVER been a snorer, according to DH, I have become one in the past month. Which, from what I have read is completely normal.
Poor DH is not getting much sleep these days because of my snoring, as wel as other outside noises. So, in my efforts to help, I bought some Breathe Right strips to help. They are suppose to help open up the nasal passages right. Well, they totally work!
I slept so good last night, and not a single snore. What a difference actually being able to breathe when I lay down. Anyway, if anyone else is having the same issue, you should give them a try.
Re: Breathe Right strips
My husband snores, and I make him wear the strips. For him, it takes his snoring down to "loud breathing". I'm a weirdo where I need ABSOLUTE SILENCE to fall asleep, so I wear ear plugs on top of that! If I go to bed before him, his snoring won't wake me, but it's a "fall asleep" issue I have.
I'm guessing once the baby comes I'll be SO EXHAUSTED falling asleep won't be difficult, even if my husband is snoring!
