They grow up so fast!

Our little Benjamin fixed his latch and gained 10 oz since earlier this week (after losing 2 oz after he had gained past his birth weight).  He got cleared for his jaundice.  Then his umbilical cord fell off.  He's going to be driving soon!!

The bonus:  I don't have to wake him up to eat every three hours to eat at night!!  I might get more than 2.5 hours sleep in a row!!!!!!!!!!  Smile

    They do grow fast!  My twins each gained more than an once a day in the past week. They are out of their preemie clothes :( We have had 5 appointments for them in the last 10 days or so since we were discharged, to check their weight gains.  I still have to wake them every 3 hours though- jealous of you!  (Not that they sleep longer than that anyway).  I wonder what the difference is? Maybe because mine are still tiny- with Evelyn now at 6 lbs even, and William at 6lb 4 oz.

    Hmm..I don't know the difference.  Maybe it is the size?  Our guy was born at 6 lbs. 14 oz. and is up to 7 lbs. 10 oz. now.   I hope you get the all clear to let them sleep longer soon!  I probably will still wake him at 4 or 5 hours to keep up my supply....we'll see how it goes.

    In terms of supply... do you pump?  I pump after every daytime feeding (used to be after every feeding) and now my supply is awesome.  Pretty much all I do is feed babies and pump though.  Unfortunately right now we all have thrush and so I had to dump EVERYTHING I had frozen and have to pump and dump for the next 2 weeks... but that's another story.
