Add us to the list of home sellers
Ours is going on the market this weekend. I think we might be a little nuts doing this so close to when Renee is coming. We agreed to test out the market and have it up until April 15th. If it does not sell before then, we will take it off. If it does sell, we are going to move in with my parents 
until after the baby is born and things calm down enough for us to find our "forever" house. Yikes!! Hold me, I'm scared.

This is the battle I am currently fighting with myself as well. It *might* be awesome to have her help when the baby comes, but I may end up losing my shiz on someone. Nah, it's gonna be great....right??

We ended up listing our old house on the day that we brought K1 home (to the new house that we had only bought 1 month earlier) from the hospital. It was totally nuts (he came 3 weeks early so we didn't plan for it that way!) because we were adjusting to life with a newborn and dealing with signing and negotiating the sale of our old house all at the same time. But it all worked out. :-)
