So Pumped and proud!

I've been doing the couch to 5k and I'm on week 6 I can now run for 20min and will hopefully meet the 25 min run which I'll be trying to do on Sunday!! The most I've EVER been able to run at once was 6 minutes!!!

 

I feel so good and I've lost 12 pounds since starting the program only 7 pounds to go until I'm under 200!

Hoping I can keep it up!!
