quick! where to buy fenugreek

Need help quick! I need some fenugreek, FAST! lol..where can one purchase it at? do any pharmacies or walmarts/targets carry it or can it only be purchased at GNC, health food stores or online?

also-do you want a liquid, capsule or seed?

will this work in 1-3 days?

I've only seen it at specialty vitamin stores and gnc. My walmart, target, and costco didn't have it. I take 6 capsules per day and have been for the past 3 days. I just started noticing an increase.

Our natural/whole foods type grocery store sells the capsules (brand is Nature's Way) and sells loose fenugreek in the bulk spice section.

Whole Foods carries it if you have one near. It works for me in a few hours. I take 6 pills a day but used to take 9.

I've bought it at GNC and the special GNC section in Rite Aid pharmacies (not sure if they all have it or just specific ones, but I've seen it at the 2 I've been in).

It worked for me in the 3-7 day range. Make sure you take the 3 pills 3x a day, not what the directions on the package say. The directions are for a general supplement, not to help milk production.
