Just thought this could be entertaining.
I like traditional names, but some just make me have an instant negative feeling about the person. Like... Sloane. I'm totally preppy myself, but this one gets me every time. She surely plays polo and summers in the country.
Not necessarily a name that's ruined for you because you KNOW someone you don't like by that name... just the nature of the name itself?
Re: What names immediately strike you as unlikable?
Damien. Every one I've known is hell on two feet.
Brielle. I just don't think we'd have much in common (::stripper cough cough::)

greaaaat :P
i agree with damien...
I've never met an Anthony who I found remotely likable and/or trustworthy.
I third the Damien comment. I've had 3 during my 9 years teaching and all have been handfuls (to put it nicely). A lot of nice names have been ruined for me because of students...Caleb and Dominic are 2 that come to mind immediately.

Robert/Bob. I have a stepdad and ex-brother-in-law named Robert, both go by Bob. I've had extremely bad experiences with both and neither is the brightest bulb. It's unfortunate my nephew is a jr but at least he goes by Robbie. I know that's more my personal experience but because of it the name makes me think of a skeevy, unintelligent person.
Destiny, and other names like that. Basically I think of strippers and immature/young parents and that's just not a good association.
Oops! Apparently I wrote a naughty word that got bleeped out. It should say D*ck.
That's what my FIL goes by. Drives me nuts, especially now that my DS is getting older and will soon "catch on." I really don't get it. There are so many other options for sure. I hate calling him D*ick, so I usually avoid calling him anything.
I have yet to meet a Kyle that is even remotely likable, or more often than not, that isn't a total creep/stalker type.
I also can't stand the name Blake - on both guys and girls.
To me, Wesley will always be the uber dorky type guy who hopelessly chases after the girl he's been obsessed with since elementary school.
Others that just put a bad taste in my mouth include Chase, Jamie (on a guy), Keith, Kevin, Cathy, Abigail, & Megan.
Ainsley....sounds like she's got a stick up her butt.

I also immediately can't stand anyone named Crystal, Misty, Autumn, Summer, or Megan.
Oh, and my BIL just married a chick named Kasi... blech. (pronounched Casey)212 Facebook Admin.
This name immeadiately make me think anus!
Dylan, Dustin, Devin, Dominic, and Damien for boys...UGH! All devilish sounding to me or carry bad associations
Sierra is the only one I can think of that I really dislike for a girl. Again, bad association.
I always instantly hate girls named Rebecca, Becky, Becca, etc. (no offense to anyone with those names!) that I meet, because EVERY one I've ever known has been an awful b****.
And for some reason...
Brian = nerdy/dorky
Mike = jerk
Again, I think those are based deeply in my experience.
