AHHH I am out and It's Freaking me OUT!!!!

Well we told our close family and friends but it's totally freaking me out for some reason. I feel nervous that they all know because now if something goes wrong I will have them all knowing. I guess I will have them all supporting me too. It's just a really weird feeling. I felt since we saw the heartbeat and Dr. said looked amazing that it was okay to tell. Not sure though... Anyone else tell today or have major nervous feelings after!

I can understand the nervousness. I have told close family and that's it. I am waiting until my appt next week, I'll be 12.5 weeks by then and then I'm telling everyone.

I know it makes you super nervous when others know, but it also makes it much more real too! And they will help you more than you even know if you were to experience a loss. I actually told my family sooner this time b/c they were so awesome after my loss and I needed their good spirits and positive vibes this time

If you see the heartbeat your chance for miscarriage drops to 5% or less. I wouldn't worry about it.

Granted I told immediate family and close friends when I found out.

I did the exact same thing!!! It went away after alittle while but it made me more nervous at first.

So great to know I am not alone in feeling this way. Yes, I guess no matter what it's good to have their support. FYI. My aunt is also my boss so that was a double wammy

And, if things were to go south, it's good to have people close to you that you know you can count on for support.

Totally understand! We told parents and siblings yesterday and I was more nervous this time than w/ our first. I haven't even been to the doctor yet so I think that is what makes it more nerve racking this time. Another week and a half and hopefully I will calm down...

We are traveling out of state to tell the ILs this weekend. I am nervous about telling but also excited. Such a weird feeling. Everytime I tell someone (we told my parents this past weekend) I get a little teary eyed because I get so anxious to tell and I love surprising people!!! It took me a couple hours to calm down afterwards. We are telling ALL the ILs this weekend from SIL to MIL to Gramps to cousins and aunts and everyone in between!!! AAAAHHHHHH!!!! I hope you nerves calm quickly!!!! (((hugs)))

I am 10 weeks too and getting ready to start leaking the news. Right now our parents and my bosses are the only people who know. I've had some issues and have had several ultrasounds but the dr is now confident that everything will progress well so that has put me more at ease. I'll be telling a few people over the weekend and if next thursdays u/s goes well I'll let everyone know.
