My DCP Dropped The Ball On Me...Need DC Recs ASAP!

My in-home DCP dropped the ball on me yesterday by sending a text message saying that due to health problems she will need to shut her day care down indefinitely as of Friday (02/17).  WTF!!!!

I live in Pikesville & work in Owings Mills....so a DC anywhere in between those areas will work for me as well.  I'm open to in-home and/or centers.

Any recommendations?  Please?Tongue Tied

    Wow, that's awful.  I'm not in that area, but have you tried looking and calling thorugh mdchildcare.org?  Might be a quick place to start

    I work in Columbia, but live in Owings Mills and I have heard Happy Acres Day care is great. I was looking to put my daughter there when she turns 2. It is right off of Lyons Mills. There is a Goddard in the area as well and that is off of New Town Blvd. Have not heard about them, but I know all around they are pretty good. HTH

    I'm sorry!

     

    We absolutely loved Magic Moments in Owings Mills back off of Cronhill and Owings Mills blvd. It's not much on the inside but the girls there were so wonderful, caring and it was really reasonably priced. PM me if you want more info.
