Leaking problem

I bought 2 new pockets from SimplyCloth last week and have had leaks each time I use them. I washed them with my regular cloth laundry before use, and have been using 1 microfiber insert in them as I do with my other pockets. My daughter is 2 months, and I have not had any leaks before, so I don't double inserts yet. We use Fuzzibunz, BG4.0's & Flips and Kawaii currently. 

The leaks seem to be coming around the leg holes. The covers are so wet around the legs that it's difficult to determine the source, but one breastmilk poo seemed to have leaked through the stitching around the leg holes.  

One caveat: my daughter unfortunately gets a rash from Charlie's soap, so I switched to Kirkland Signature Free & Clear right before this purchase. The diapers are not getting as clean as they did with Charlie's, so I plan to pick up some Rockin' Green to try later this week when I'm able to get to the CD store.

My question(s):

1. Does this seems to be due to lack of sealing the PUL? I machine dried the covers the first time on medium, and line dried after that. The customer service person from JustSimplyBaby did not seem to think that was the issue when I emailed her about this problem. To seal PUL, do you just dry on high once?

2. Is this a repelling issue? I am aware that I'm not using a particularly CD-friendly detergent currently, but I haven't had any leaks in my other diapers.

3. Is this a fit issue? The leg holes seem to be about as snug as my other OS diapers, and again I haven't had prior leak problems (except when my husband snaps them too loosely).

    Are you having leak issues with any of your other pockets?

    Just from what you're describing, I'm thinking it's a fit issue. Each diaper fits differently, and maybe your LO isn't big enough for these diapers to fit properly.

    I'm not having leaks with any of my other pockets, except for one I don't use because it doesn't fit yet. My baby started out very small, so she's only been able to fit OS diapers the last 3-4 weeks. Thanks for your input! I needed a few more diapers in my stash, but maybe I'll put these aside for now.

    Have you 'sealed' your PUL covers? There did seem to be some orange poo wicking through the stitching, but maybe it did leak out the leg a little...

    I'm a big fan of charlies because I feel it gets the diapers cleaner than any other detergent out there.  Did you try using Calgon with the wash load and an extra rinse? 

    ON to your questions.. it could be a repelling issue.  Different fabrics will "clog" at different rates depending upon the weave of the fabric.
