I think I need to refocus on healthy foods. I've caved and bought so many sugary treats over the past week. So naughty. My treat drawer at work includes:
So funny, I have been snacking on Sour Patch Kids and gummy bears too. I am trying to cut back on sweets this week, but of course my hubby had to come home with candy for vday! And I could not resist buying girl scout cookies either!
It varies and I go through phases. I was solely snacking on fruit. (yay me!) And, then it was an entire box of Mrs. Fields Choco Chip cookies. (not so yay) Then it was Fiber One Bars. (getting better) and then it was Chips and cakes... so, yeah... pretty much anything I can get my hands on that doesn't make me yak. lol... I say, whatever you can handle, go for it...you'll make up for it later.

Those are all my favorites right now too! Sour Patch Kids and Jolly Ranchers (particularly grape) are clutch. I don't want to admit to how many I eat in a day.
Also, cool ranch doritos. I cannot get enough of them. They make my world go 'round these days.
hah. Okay I promise to myself to trade in some of my SPKs for some healthier things like this. There has been a clementine sitting on my desk all week and I have yet to touch it.
All I really want to eat is chocolate and french fries, but DH has been taking the car to work lately so I haven't been able to just run out and get what I want...which is probably a good thing
Claussen pickle spears have been awesome for me at kicking the nausea away. I also have been snacking on baked cheetos (just because my husband bought them when I was out of town) and tomatoes. Yum!
The last 2 days it has been sweat tart hearts. Which actually made me feel better. (it seems my blood sugar must drop fast around 2.5-3 hours after eating). These items have gotten me through up to now: warm soft pretzels with mustard, fuji apples, captain crunch, or other sweet cereals. Salty items have been my biggest craving to date.
I got some Keebler peanut butter crackers and they have been a little miracle. They give me a little carb/salt which settles my stomach, plus a little bit of peanut butter protein (even though I'm sure it's more sugar than protein :P ), Cheez Its (not healthy but satisfying), peaches from a can (in water), and small doses of Hershey kisses when I want something sweet.
I also keep peppermints and cereal bars in my purse in case I need something in the car or on the go.

I have got string cheese and mini baby bell cheese, fruit cups (in juice not syrup), yogurt, chips and granola bars! I wad eating too many sugary snacks so tried to get more protein snacks hence the cheese. It's hard though.
