WWW

All my WW ladies...how are you guys doing this week?  I'm betting some of you may have slipped up on V-Day, but I hope overall your weeks results are positive.  I am down another 2.6 lbs this week.

  • I'm hanging in there - down 2 lbs but did enjoy wine last night for V-day along with pasta, so hopefully that doesn't kill my loss for this week.

    I am curious if others would share what their favorite low point snacks are. I've been enjoying WW string cheese (1 point) as well as fruit.

  • I swear by Jello sugar free pudding cups in double chocolate, they're only 2 points and really curb my sweets cravings. 
  • Down 2 lbs.

    I caved and had a yummy fatty dinner yesterday. DH made me do it lol. I do plan on going for a much longer walk today.

  • I'm in LOVE with The Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches. They're only 5 points. I eat alot of zero point foods like salads with no dressing, brocolli, and nectarines. If we go out to eat, I make sure to not spend more than 10 points on my meal.

     

  • It was only my first full week but I lost 4lbs. I did go out to dinner but I was able to just use some activity points. FI's b-day is tomorrow and we are going out again but I think I'll be okay because I still have all my weekly points.

    My favorite snacks are: Hummus and carrot sticks (1pt) Fat-Free Pringles (2pts) Popcorn (3pts) and Frozen Fruit (Something about it being frozen makes it more appealing and seem more snack-like.

  • I'm down 2 lb but I was up 2 before that so I'm even with myself 2 weeks ago. Sigh, whatever.

    I started the Couch-to-5k running plan, and I've been doing it over my lunch hour. 5 minutes to change, 5 minutes to warm up, 25 minutes walk/jog combo, 5 minutes to change, 20 minutes for lunch. (Who cares if I'm sweaty - that's why they make deodorant, right??) I'm in week 2 and I love it! Just the right amount of exercise for me.

    My go-to snacks are mostly the zero point stuff - grapes, diet soda, baby carrots, etc

    - my 6-point eating out option is a subway 6-inch veggie sub on wheat with loads of extra veggies and mustard. I think you can also do the sweet onion sauce for a point.

    - if I'm starving with almost no points left, I'll do a sweet potato for 4 points, baked or microwaved but with no toppings. The flavor is good on its own.

  • I'm down 1.8lbs this week.  The big accomplishment for me was that I finally broke back into the 100's! Party!!!  I'd never been in the 200's until I was pregnant and I hated seeing that 2 at the beginning of the number.  My goal is to never see that 2 again (even in other pregnancies) which is why I still have 30-40 more pounds to loose Tongue Tied

    Yesterday I didn't do the greatest points wise, but I did at least use my elliptical so that's something.

    I know how you feel!  I have never seen a "2" at the beginning of my weight before until pregnancy.  I am down 1.6 this week for a total of 5 pounds since beginning WW and a total of 35 since having DD.  Yay us, we can get this weight off!

  • I am not down anything this week and I am not sure why I didn't lose. I am not using all of my weekly points and I am exercising. I lost 7 lbs my first week

  • Eek! I am just a bad WWer, I missed my meeting yesterday and haven't picked a meeting to go to instead this week. I need to pick a different meeting day/time because I missed my Tuesday morning meeting a few times.... I don't think I lost anything though... :(

    I am doing the C25K program I am on week 4, day 2. I love it! I plan to jog an entire 5K in April!

  • Way to go on all your successes this week! I stayed the same. Not bad since it was a hard week to say no to food. I think it was easier to stick with the plan when I lived alone and could control what was in my house. Thanks for the snack ideas! I was just wondering the same thing.

  • I am down another 2 pounds...officially back to normal (for me) weight but I would really like to lose another 10 or so.  I started doing Zumba last week and that has been my work-out...love it!

     
    My favorite snacks are the individual SmartPop bags of popcorn (3 points).  The Weight Watcher ice cream is really good, too.  I bought the Cookies & Cream ice cream bars last week on sale and they were yummy!

  • I weigh in on Sunday and I was down a 1 lb. It will be interesting to see how this week pans out, it was my birthday on Monday and then V-day. I didn't eat horrible but I did have dessert both days. I am hoping to lose at least 1 lb this week to make my total weight loss 15 lbs!

  • I finally joined WW on Monday.  I haven't lost anything yet, but I cleaned all the junk out of my fridge today and stocked up on lots of fresh fruits and veggies.

    I went 8 points over my limit yesterday and only 1 point over today!  I missed the gym today because DS was having major issues with his reflux :(, but I will hit it extra hard tomorrow.
