I'm just sitting in my dining room minding my own business and I hear these clear as day cries from what sounds like my backyard. WTF? Uhg. I have never been able to hear the neighbors that well. The kid must've been really loud to hear it so clearly here. Cue the stereo on high volume.
Mama to 5 angel babies, 1 rainbow baby, and 2 more angel babies.
My beautiful Ella/ToT arrived 10/10/12.
Re: There's a baby crying in my backyard
I know that one day (hopefully) I'll be that lady with the screaming baby, but until then, I feel it's my prerogative as a childless shrew to verbally bash their ill-behaved children and their bad parenting skills. With that said:
I hope they can shut their kid up!!

As for the stereo, crank that bad boy up!
Ok, so who all has seen one to many protect yourself from thugs messages and saw the title of this post and in a fit of worry thought "Oh no! Mork don't go outside in case it's a group of thugs or a serial rapist trying to lure you with a fake crying baby so they can steal you!"
::Raises hand::
Guilty.
::Sits down on paranoia bench::
Haha!! ::Cue Friday the 13th soundtrack:: BTW, I'd totally be that meanie infertile myrtle shaking my fist at those horrid parents!
I've seen things like that on tv also.

First I laughed, and then I remembered that a cop actually came around our neighborhood last summer telling us not to fall for this, as it had been happening in the area (even though I live in one of the "best places to live in the USA").
The paranoia in me is glad I didn't go outside, even though it was still light out.
Yuck
Sorry you had to hear that- hope turning up the stereo worked
Thank goodness all my neighbors are past child-bearing years!
