I was worried that my LO was breech for a while (I only seemed to feel kicks very low). I asked my OB today who said that they are still flipping all around in there and that we wouldn't worry until 36+ weeks.
My baby is, or was, in a head down position. I just asked my doctor at my last appointment. He was able to feel my baby and he could tell which position he was in.
Nope I dont know either...they say they turn up to the day you deliver too sometimes. If I had to guess I would say that the butt is on my right side and that a foot is up in my ribs, and the head is down towards the left, but thats simply a guess based on what I feel haha!

At my last appointment, my doctor was able to tell the baby was head down. She was head down at my growth u/s 3 weeks ago. I'm pretty sure she's been head down for a while now based on where my kicks and stretches are occurring. It hasn't changed much.
They check by feel at most of my appoints now that he's big enough. Last appoint the woman wasn't sure, but today they said he is head down which I was thinking (finally). The butt seems to be the only part I can identify with any kind of accuracy, and only if it's at the top of the bump!
My baby is head down, butt to the right, feet to the left. I only know this because the doc told me at my appt on Monday. He did say there was still plenty of time for them to flip.
I just went today, and my midwife grabbed her little head in my pelvis and said that she's head down. The rest I dunno the rest, except I feel her feet under my ribs on the right and on my right side. I'm assuming her head is down, back is on my left, and feet are on my right.
Baby has been breech, after all the moving around baby has done yesterday I'm not sure right now. I can usually figure out how baby is laying buy gently pushing on my belly. Usually I can feel where the head is at.

I was told at 26 weeks she was head down. I can tell she is still there now by what I feel. I do know she moved one day but is back to head down. But hey, I'm a FTM and just guessing by what I have observed on movement and feel
Yes, I suspected (just based on movement and feeling my tummy-from my experience as a L&D nurse too probably) and my OB is head confirmed yesterday, baby is head down his/her feet are usually on my right side near my ribs and sometimes a bit lower. Baby still does a lot of rolling as the bum is sometimeson the right, left or in the centre near my belly button! You can SEE the bum sticking out and you can make out the little feet as well!

My OB was able to "feel" the baby and told me he was head down at 28 weeks, 32 week u/s confirmed it. I can feel his little bum sticking out and I find myself tapping it every now and then when I feel him moving around a lot, seems to calm him down lol
At my appointment the other week my OB gave me a quick ultrasound with the portable machine (because this baby doesn't move very much and he wanted to do a quick check of fluid, etc). At that point he was head down, butt on my right side, feet in my left, fairly low. He has been pushing the exact same spot with his feet for at least month now so I am fairly confident he is in the same position. He must be very comfy because he seriously just stretches into the same spots again, and again, and again. It hurts!

At last week's exam, my MW said the baby was still head up. She felt the baby's butt at my lower abdomen and when she pushed the baby side to side by the butt, the whole baby moved. She said if the baby was head down, her whole body wouldn't move around like that. That was at 32 weeks.
The MW also stated that because I was a 2+ mom my uterus was more stretchy and the baby wasn't feeling cramped yet and could move positions alot over the next few weeks.
At my appointment today, the ultrasound showed the baby is still breeched. :-/ His/her head is on the right under my ribs, and then the baby curves down toward the left of my tummy.
OB is not too worried, as our LO still has time to assume the launch position.
Ansley was transverse until about a month ago, which really concerned me. Now, she's head down. Her butt's on my upper left side and she enjoys running her pudgy little legs all over the top of my belly. I have monthly growth ultrasounds, so they confirmed with that 2 weeks ago, but a month ago, when I was pretty sure she had flipped, I told my Dr and he felt my belly and confirmed her position. Glad she's facing the way she's supposed to be, but that head on my bladder is KILLING me!!!

My LO is head down. His head is actually resting directly on my cervix according to my U/S on Monday. She actually had to do a quick internal to get a look at my cervix since his head was in the way. His butt is centered directly below my boobs. She pretty much had the U/S wand touching my bra in order to see the tail end of him. I am trying to figure out how is is going to grow or drop. There doesn't seem to be anywhere left for him to go!
My baby is head down, butt to the right, feet to the left. I only know this because the doc told me at my appt on Monday. He did say there was still plenty of time for them to flip.
This baby is head up, either complete breech and/or incomplete footling breech, facing out. I just realized a week or so ago that baby was head up and the OB confirmed last week. She's not concerned until I hit 36 weeks, but so far baby has not tried flipping. Sometimes baby will face one side or the other with a shoulder out, but not for long fortunately (not comfortable at all).
At my appointment on Tuesday, my Dr. felt around and said baby was head down. However, he mentioend that they do continue to turn up until 36 weeks so while that was good, I'm pretty sure baby has turned at least twice since my appointment based on where I feel his kicks and sometimes his head up in my ribs.
