Basically, she's fine. The irregularities we see are within normal limits and she doesn't need glasses yet or another evaluation for a year. YAY!
The asymetrical anatomy of her face and eyes makes it appear her left eye gaze is far worse than it is. In Dr Onan's expert opinion, her eyes are tracking perfectly when she tries to look at things and only occasionally "wanders" when she's between tasks.
Good news.

Back in December I posted about needing to get Emily back into Dr O nan for her wandering eye. I got a call a few weeks ago with one available appt from a cancellation, today at 9:30am. Our other appt wasn't going to be until May. I'm excited but I've worked the last 3 nights (I get off at 7am) and it's going to take all my strength and patience. I have to take Abby with me too. DH really can't help because he's preparing for a huge conference at work. I do have someone who is going to watch them when we get home around noon but I'll still be awake for longer than I'd like. I see a McDonalds lunch in their future... and lots of coffee in mine!
I should be able to sneak in a powernap when I first get home.
Re: Eye Appt ***UPDATED**
We will be there at 10:15 and I have to take Em too. If you need Abby to come play in the Lobby until our appointment her and Em can play together.
