Pregnant after IF

Crib buying...am I crazy to do this at 15.5 weeks?

We went last weekend to shop around with full intention of not buying until closer to 18-20 weeks.  Well of course my friend forwards me an email that the furniture store is having a huge sale this weekend....the kind they never have!  The set we liked is nice quality furniture and we could save about $450 for everything we want....crib, dresser/hutch, nightstand, toddler rail, and full size conversion kit.

Are we crazy to pull the trigger and go ahead & buy this weekend to take advantage?  Stupid IF and loss is messing with my brain!  Our a/s isn't for two more weeks, but I did hear a nice strong hb of 166 on my doppler last night. :)  Thanks girls for letting me be crazy! :)

  • Tough decision, but 450 bucks is enough to buy a whole bunch of other things, so I'd say go for it!

  • Personally I would go for it, especially for the bargain.  I must be super crazy, I ordered my nursery furniture when I was 8 weeks.  It is being delivered next week.

  • That sounds like a good deal, why not!! We haven't bought ours yet! hahaha I have it picked out but since they will most likely spend NICU time and then be in our bedroom I thought I'd take some time. The room is already painted with decals though!
