My MIL just sent me an email that made me cry (in a good way).  I am not a very religious person but do believe in God and prayer.  My MIL has a friend who is a nun.  Apparently her friend put my name and DH's name in the "Book of Intentions" at the Sister's chapel when we began our fertility treatments. We met with MIL and FIL this weekend and told them the name we have chose for our little boy and she told her friend (the nun) and now our LO's name is added with ours in the Book of Intentions. MIL said "Your little family will be remembered everyday when the Sisters attend Mass".

I think that is that most beautiful, special thing.  I am trying to think of way to do something with that email or something in general so that I can show our LO when he is old enough to understand.   And I would like to do something to thank her friend.

    That is so sweet! It's amazing the power of prayer! DH and I donated to have the candles in church lit in our honor the week that LO is due, hoping all prayers will help! I think a nice way to thank the nuns would be to make a donation to the church, since that would probably mean more to them than any material gift.

    That is very sweet!  Also, I agree with MrsNap about making a donation to the church.  Many times you can make it in honor of someone.  Maybe you could do that.

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN

    That is so awesome!  And I agree with PP about the donation to the church.  I wonder if you could copy and paste the email string into a word document, then print it on nice paper to frame for LO when he is older?  You could even hang it on his wall now, then explain it when he's older.

    That is really, really sweet.  My mom has masses said for DH and I for different holidays and it is really nice to think of all that prayer being directed towards you.
