Is this like the other boards where I should lurk before intro'ing. Or can I join in if I am from 3T and got my bfp today!? I don't want to step on any toes!!

It's totally a matter of your personal preference -- we get a lot of ladies who intro right after getting their BFPs, while others prefer to wait until they've gotten some confirmation of the HB at an ultrasound, and some wait even longer than that until they get more comfortable with their pregnancy "sticking". I don't think there's a board preference one way or another.
I don't know about you, but I lurked and even posted here before I was qualified to join. I say jump on in whenever you feel ready. I was kind of scared at first because I was afraid I was not going to stay pregnant.
I used to lurk and comment on posts by people I "knew" from the IF board long before I qualified to be on here. Once I got my BFP I did a formal intro. It's up to you! Congrats on your BFP! I hope you have great betas! Welcome
