Major T&Ps needed please

So many of you might remember last week when I got my BFP, then the next day was told that since my Hcg was 108 at 5w2d, and spotting/cramping that I was having a miscarriage. As you would expect, this was very difficult for us, but we have dealt with it.
My doctor told me to take a HPT on Monday, and if it was still positive to call. I took a wondfo, and it seemed darker to me than the previous test. They had me go in yesterday and get another Hcg drawn to make sure it was coming down. The nurse called today and told me that it was 220ish(cant remember exactly) and that this was very unexpected (no sh!t).
Anyways, now I have to go in tomorrow for an ultrasound, I will be 6w1d. I am definitely not getting my hopes up and just need some T&P, because at this point I'm thinking ectopic or something.

BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks.
Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies. ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts.
Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy. Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

September 2012: Start IF testing
DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA
October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos
November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
April 2015: FET #2.1
