Updates: How are you feeling? Any events/news to share? New pregnancy symptoms or any that have disappeared?Depending on the health of my baby I could be induced at anytime. Yesterday LO would not cooperate w/ the NST so off to the hoppital I went. Thankfully all went well and I was sent home.

Question of the Week: When did your pregnancy become real to you? At this late stage I still have days when it seems sureal. I think it finally sunk in about the 3rd ultrasound at 12 weeks when the pic looked like a baby.

I'm in the home stretch, so pretty much, I'm just dealing with the usual... heartburn, no sleep and trouble getting around. Thankfully, the infection in my leg is gone after two rounds of anti-biotics. Whew! Question of the Week: When did your pregnancy become real to you? With all the barrell rolls going on in there, it's hard to imagine that it couldn't be real, but I'm still a little bit in denial that it will be so SOON!

Honestly probably not until the 17th week when I had an ultrasound and the amnio. We saw baby at the NT scan but I was still so apprehensive about being 40 and pregnant that I was still not sure it was real.

Updates: How are you feeling? I am feeling...in a word...ready! Baby is running out of room...and it's only uphill from here. Tired, too - have not gotten a good night's sleep in several weeks...but in the end it will all be worth it! Any events/news to share? Nothing new - just looking forward to leave. Currently checking in on where I might be able to use a breast pump here at work - and not holding my breath for good news on that one. New pregnancy symptoms or any that have disappeared? The queasies are coming back....weeee!!! Question of the Week: When did your pregnancy become real to you? I think it became more and more real at each U/S. I actually cried at the one given for the NT scan as it was the most baby-like we had been able to see so far.

Take5 - sorry about your trip to the hospital. Hope your little cooperates more the next time!

Updates- doing fair. BP was up a hair on Friday (130/80 from 120s/80s baseline). OB requested a urine check for protein, and it was + (just a +1). I would really prefer to NOT officially develop pre-eclampsia... Also tested + for group B strep. Everything had been going so well up until now. I guess I'm a little rattled and really hope LO stays safe for another couple of weeks!

On a more positive note, we got the carseat installed last night. Still need to get going on packing my bag!

QOTW - There are still days where it doesn't seem like it is really going to happen! I think maybe once I was past 32 weeks or so, I finally started to relax a bit more and really think that this is going to happen and that if this LO were to arrive any time after that, it really would survive and be OK.

Updates: How are you feeling? Any events/news to share? New pregnancy symptoms or any that have disappeared?Feeling well. I have finally started to gain a little weight. The constipation is my biggest issue right now. For some reason, it's much worse with this LO than with DS.
Question of the Week: When did your pregnancy become real to you? Hmmm...interesting. I think it was when I first started feeling kicks, around 12 weeks. I started thinking of her as a "her" even before the a/s because I had such a strong suspicion. Now that I'm past the halfway point, it's feeling all too real, and I am freaking out a little about everything I need to do in the next 18 weeks!

I've been feeling pretty queasy and bloated/gassy... par for the course

The pregnancy still isn't quite "real" to me as we haven't had an ultrasound yet and we lost the last one in the first trimester. This is to be our first child, so it's all new to us.

Updates- We made the switch. Sorry Team Green, but we couldn't wait any longer. Please add one more player to Team Pink! It's funny because I would have bet anything we were having a boy. So much for mother's intuition.

Feeling pretty good. Swollen ankles and back pain here and there but nothing to be concerned over. Headaches have disappeared, which is a great thing. And for the first time, I feel like I look pregnant. In fact, I've even gotten a few looks from strangers that look at my baby bump, then give me that "I know what you've been up to" look. Pretty funny.

QOTW- I still wake up everyday and think, "oh, it wasn't a dream. I AM pregnant!" But I guess the most conscious I was of it was during the NT scan when the picture was so clear and i could see her moving around and actually looking like a little person in there.

When did your pregnancy become real to you? It doesn't feel real yet. I have the first u/s scheduled for 02/24 at 7wks, so hopefully then it will start to sink in. We also haven't told anyone, so maybe once other people know it will feel more real.

So far my symptoms have been relatively mild. I'm definitely a bit more tired, sore boobs come and go and occasional mild nausea.

This pregnancy still isn't real. My 1st appt is on March 6th, I'm sure that will make it feel official.

How am I feeling: exhausted. I have no energy and absolutely no appetite. Can't wait to go to dr n see how much more wt I've lost. Baby is super active since last weeks scare when wasn't feeling any movement. Thankfully feeling him/her pretty freq. since Fri.

QOTW: Still isn't 100% real to me; still very much surreal. DH thinks it won't be real to me until I am holding our LO in my arms. Think he might be right.

It's been real since I POAS...but I've been very weary of telling anyone outside of family becasue I'm still concerned about a m/c (even though I've had an u/s and the heartbeat was good and strong, and everything measured right on track...) I guess I'm just guarding this one more since it will (hopefully) be my last pregnancy.

I was starting to feel great...thinking the queasiness was all but gone. Nope, just lurking...waiting for the chance to strike. As long as I was sitting down yesterday, I was fine. As soon as I stood up, no queasiness, just straight to trying not to barf. I realized that I was having some indigestion from some OJ I drank that morning, so I am only drinking water today. It worked. No issues today.

Question of the Week: When did your pregnancy become real to you?

I don't think it has become real yet. I am still waiting for the other shoe to drop. This was the week when I lost the first LO. We have our next OB appt on Tuesday of next week and I am hoping the news is better this time around.

Oh wow what happened? Congratulations!

My water broke on the 8th first thing in the morning and after laboring for 24 hours with pitocin and an epidural I hadn't made much progress and her heartrate was dropping at the end of every contraction so a c-section it was. She's perfectly healthy and we couldn't be more in love with her.

I hope all is well with your LO. I went to the hospital 3 times for failed NST's and each time once they hooked me up at the hospital she was fine.

Boy or Girl? Surprise... for now!

Updates: How are you feeling? Any events/news to share? New pregnancy symptoms or any that have disappeared? I am still a little shocked! Saw the hearbeat yesterday and couldn't believe it! I was sick before I found out, so now I am just a little queasy. Seems to be going away. Not sure how to break it to the rest of the family... it will be a HUGE surprise! Question of the Week: When did your pregnancy become real to you? Not yet. Even seeing the hearbeat, I was like awww... a little baby, but I wasn't like awww... MY little baby! Smile

. It still seems unreal. I think once more people know, it will feel more real to me.

Boy or Girl? Surprise... for now!

Updates: How are you feeling? Any events/news to share? New pregnancy symptoms or any that have disappeared?I had a bout or two with nausea and extreme fatigue this week and tossing and turning! I just found out on Monday Feb 13. My breasts have been sore for 3 weeks now, actually since a few days after conception. First doc visit is Mar 6 so I'm just hanging out and taking things one day at a time.Question of the Week: When did your pregnancy become real to you? Still not real. I want to get past seeing the doc and ensuring the baby is progressing, implanted, etc. We got hit with a one-two punch of awesome news: Fiance proposed Feb 9, then we found out Feb 13. We were trying, but literally, JUST started with no protection in Jan. I hadn't even set up an ovulation application yet, LOL. So it was an anticipated event, but a surprise at how soon.

I am feeling pretty good, just getting started on the 2nd tri. My m/s still hasn't gone away, but it is starting to get better. I had an appointment this past week and another u/s (pictures in siggy). This was the first u/s where the baby really looked like baby. I even saw him/her sucking their thumb.

Our a/s is set for March 21. I can't wait to find out what we are having.

When I saw the heartbeat for the first time at 7 weeks. Some days though it still feels unreal.

I am lucky as I have had a great pg. Hardly no sickness at all. I am at 15 wks and dont really have significant "symptoms".

It still really hasnt clicked with exception of my pilates class last week. Instead of being able to "smash" my knees to my chest...i was stopped like I had a brick in my stomach. So my stomach is starting to get in the way...a little! Other than that I have felt the baby move quite a bit more than most but that is just weird (LOL) and not really making me feel pg.

not really feeling pregnant anymore. Makes me sad. But still get sick to tummy sometimes. But i can feel my uterus harder and better everyday. My stomach growls alot more now too
