  i have several pairs from my first pregnancy and found that they do run true to your reg jean size.  they are very long in the length so if your short they will need to be hemmed..thats the only down side but i find that with all maternity pants!  i liked them and found them very comfortable..  they have a stretch to them so they will give a bit!

  I have a gray pair.  They do run pretty true to size and the pair I got haven't stretched out at all.  Love them!  They are pretty long, but I'm tall so I don't mind.

  I have a pair and actually find them to be on the short side (I bought them to wear with flats). I like them, and they do run true to pre-pregnancy size; however, my Paige maternity jeans are by far my favorite.
