4w pp and now red bleeding?

My pp bleeding has been mostly dark for the past 2 weeks or so but turned red today.  I don't feel like it's important enough to call my OB b/c it's not A LOT but I didn't expect the bleeding to pick up this late in the game.

    Same here, things started to go away.  Then over the weekend it came back red and heavy.  So not cool!!!

    My midwife told me to expect that.  She said sometimes it can just be caused by doing too much and to just "try" and take it easy, but she said it's completely normal and not to panic if it should happen.

    I was told that it can increase or decrease up to 6 weeks post partum and not to be worried unless I go through a pad an hour or have golf ball sized clots. That being said, I barely bled at all the other day, and was really annoyed when it picked back up over the weekend.

    I went from spotting to bright red bleeding at 5 weeks.  Completely normal according to my OB.

    The same thing happened to me, except it was at 5 weeks (yesterday).  I had only been wearing a pantiliner for several days and had to go back to wearing a pad.

    I've had to go back to pads, too, and I hate it!!!
