Yo, seriously?!

JT takes 1 nap a day. ONE. And it's in the morning. 

Well he finally fell asleep and the d@mn garbage truck woke him up about 10 minutes later.

Fast forward 30 minutes and he's still up in his crib. He's been in there for about 1 hour total at this point. No crying but no sleeping either :(

I'm doomed I think to ZERO naps today. Heaven help this household.

Unless someone has some advice on how to get this kid to sleep??????!!!!!!

    Good luck - the only thing that works for me when Kain has been woken up is a car ride.

    Hope you got JT to go back to sleep.  I soooo want to slap anyone who wakes Joshua up prematurely from a nap because there is no way to get him to go back to sleep. 

    Almost as bad is at night when I am trying to settle him down and older DS runs in the room jabbering about something totally random & unimportant.  It seems like that is the only time that child wants to say anything to me.  Joshua perks up because he hears big brother and gets all big-eyed and awake.

    That is crap. I would have killed someone. The car always puts Stella Bea to sleep!

    I don't know how you survive with only 1 nap a day.  E only took 1 nap today and it was about 45 minuets long.  I wanted to bash my head into a wall.  I just put her to bed almost an hour early.  If E wakes up early from one of her naps there is no getting her back to sleep, I just have to try and keep her very entertained the entire day so she doesn't realize she's still sleepy and grumpy.

    Yeah, Lucian only naps once a day on average, too. I can get him to nap twice on my days off, but H can't at all. (SAHD) The days that I'm home and get him to take his second nap, I just feed him and plop his arse in the crib with the SoundSpa on- projection and everything. He'll play for sometimes an hour, then finally fall asleep. Sometimes not. H has been letting him attempt a second nap wayyyy late in the day- like, 2 hours before bedtime. It works, but then he sleeps like crap at night.

    Stupid garbage truck. I get so mad when Finn gets woken up. Ugh! Yesterday he only took one nap, by the time daddy got home from work we were both a mess. He was crying and screaming from being over tired... I was about to fall over from exhaustion. Good times.
