4MO BF Poop

DD is still only fed bm...just like always.  No solids / cereals / etc.  But her poo seems different...!  It's getting thicker.  It used to be pretty runny, but now it's almost like a paste.  Still the same yellowish color...just notably different.  My diet hasn't changed at all that I can think of.  Is this something I should be concerned about, or just normal?

    DD is the same. It is almost like water-y smooth peanut butter consistency.
