Realtor recommendations?

Hi Ladies-

I wrote awhile ago asking for recommendations, but I can't find the post. If you have a realtor you love(d) can you please give me their info? We have one right now but we don't feel like we're meshing well with her and she's not very good at the whole follow-through part of her job so we're looking to get a different one. TIA! Smile

    We used Jan et H o el s ch er from Rea lty Aus tin.  She was a little unprofessional at times (bad-mouthing the admittedly aggravating seller's agent) but otherwise she was great.  By the end of our crazy stressful close I felt like we were old friends that went way back, she jumped through some serious hoops for us.

    We had an agent (who we liked but weren't seeing results) for about 6 months then switched to Tim Kress who promised our house would sell by Nov., We closed within a month of listing with him on Oct 30. He was totally professional, told us exactly what we needed to do, was honest, upfront and saw the results. I would highly recommend him.

    G reg Y oung at The A ustin R eal E state E xperts. Can't say enough good things about him! They have a show on KXAN on Saturday mornings, so you could check that out and see if you like him before setting up a meeting.

    For that area, I recommend Cristina Murphey (murpheyteamonline.com). Until I recently changed careers, I worked with a lot of highly successful realtors.  Many of us chose Cristina as our own agent (mrswildman did as well).  She is highly successful, knows the round rock and CP markets, and is a strong adviser and negotiator.  Are you buying for the first time?  She helps all types of buyers and sellers but her niche is first-time buyers.
