So I am in some massive pain (neck/shoulder, etc.). Have been for a few days now - feels like some sort of pulled muscle or sleeping wrong or something At first I thought that it might be mastitis (I'm still nursing) but I'm not feeling flu like, so I think it must just be muscle related. I can hardly breathe without it totally hurting.
A coworker suggested I go see a chiropractor. I have never been to one! Anyone have a recommendation for one that you like/trust? I'm in north central austin.
Thanks much!
Re: NBR: Chiropractor rec?
With DH's back injury last year, I went on a tour of Austin chiros with him. So far I've visited 4 out of the 5 that he went to. My favorite is still Dr. Kanz at University Chiro. He's gentle and communicates throughout the process, but he still really gets in there and gets it done.
I see Dr. LeBeoff from Advanced Rehabilitation. https://www.atxrehab.com/
I really like the Active Release Therapy application to Chiropractic care. Dr. LeBeoff massages me for like 45 minutes before adjusting me. I love going. In fact, I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon.
